Are Crystallines still this rare and valuable?

Yes... crystallines are still pretty rare. They realistically drop only from chests -- yes, they do drop from creatures, but odds you getting struck by lightning seem higher. Now that keys are required to open post-SF chests, crystalline-chest farming isn't as cheap as it used to be. As a result, they're still holding their high asking prices. Crystallines still enter the economy at a slow trickle, but demand is outpacing current supply. Furthermore, there are no green cyrstallines to cause depreciation in the yellow/purple market.
